Booking :
We save your booking option untill 14 days before the listing’s local check in time.
The booking is confirmed when you have completed your payment and you receive the Booking Confirmation by email from Renturs.
Full Refund Cancellation :
For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 10 full days before the listing’s local check in time.
50% Refund Cancellation :
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing’s local check in time.
No-Refund Cancellation :
If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
* We send refunds immediately upon cancellation and they usually show up within 3-5 days.
Deposit :
That is the security for, if the tenant does not pay the rent in full, or if damage occurs to the apartment for which the tenant is responsible. In addition, the cost of final cleaning will be deducted from the deposit. You have to pay the deposit when you sign the rental agreement. The first rent is then due before moving in.
If there are no damages, the deposit will be refunded immediately after the tenant moves out. If the tenant has caused damage, the deposit settlement and refund may take longer to be processed.
